- Will work in the capacity of a data
engineer and is responsible for data-related implementation tasks that include
provisioning data storage services, ingesting streaming, and batch data, transforming
data, implementing security requirements, implementing data retention policies,
identifying performance bottlenecks, and accessing external data sources.
- Develop and maintain scalable data
pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases
in data volume and complexity. Improve overall efficiency of the applications
by introducing latest cloud technologies and tools.
- Ensure that technical solutions follow
best practices, are reliable, are easily maintainable and are scalable under
sustained load. Participate in design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with analytics and business
teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing
data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the
organization. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide
actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and
other key business performance metrics.
- Extensively work on cloud and bigdata
technologies. Work on programming languages like SQL, Python, Scala, UNIX along
with various relational database systems and ETL tools.
- Contribute to technical strategy,
application platform design and technical specifications as required so as to
