| Develop, create, and modify computer applications software and specialized utility programs. Design and create database objects in Oracle and Teradata. Develop the transformations using Informatica Power Center, Ab Initio and Teradata tools and utilities – BTEQ, FLOAD, MLOAD and TPUMP. Interact with business users, gather requirements, and translate user needs into functional and technical specifications. Implement ETL source to target mappings as per business requirements. Write unix scripts to automate the ETL code and automate the ETL process using Autosys or Tidal. Load data into Hadoop hive tables from Teradata warehouse. Support business during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Responsible for SIT (System Integration Testing), ETL objects, database object migration from Dev to QAT, and production deployment activities. Performance tune and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and macros.
