• How can I confirm or request for postpone of join date?

Please get in touch with hr@zensoftit.com and get an approval. You can also contact HR Department from 10AM to 5PM.

• I found mistakes in my offer letter/pay slip, is it possible to correct them?

Yes, please return the original copy of the offer letter with in 5 working days from the date of issue and get the updated copy. Please get in touch with Finance department regarding pay slip with in 3 days from the date of pay slip generation.

• How frequently my work location will be changed?

As per the requirement you may be needed to travel to any location in India / aboard.

• I lost my relieving letter; can I get the duplicate one?

Yes, please drop a mail with your details to HR department hr@zensoftit.com. You can also contact HR Department from 10AM to 5PM.

• Can I refer my friends?

Yes, Please check the Current Openings of ZensoftIT Solutions and ask your friends to email us their latest resume at careers@zensoftit.com mentioning your employee number in the subject. We will get in touch with them directly and update you regarding the status of the referral.
